GFAC Meeting Minutes

May 6, 2008

Following regular meetings there will be MBA meetings until further notice.

May 17 work party at west range to repair targets,turn target faces and reband bales 9:00am,If interested breakfest at 8:00am flying J.

Kings Hill shoot discussion, Will need to meet with Metrione to go over parking and camping regulations,which we are trying to get done before next meeting.

We did get the permit for the kings hill shoot ,fee did go up

     Fun shoots at kings hill will be as follows,

                       Long distance shoot 1:00pm

                       Survior shoot 3:00Pm

                       Water bag shoot 6:30pm

                       Disc shoot following bags if have time

         Depending on interest,possibly shoot more them once

Big prize will be a camcorder which 2 decks of cards will be sold.

Kids genenis bow will be raffled off as well

Motion was made and passed for new back stops for water bags.Three stops will be ordered

with Saturday being a fun shoot and Sunday will be for score
